Spatio temporal dynamics of the positive column of a dc neon glow discharge is studied and investigated experimentally and theoretically. Spatio temporal analysis by means of biorthogonal decomposition method (BOD) gives insights into the mechanism of irregularity and can be employed for characterization of spatio‐ temporal complexity. In the weak nonlinear region, the wave dynamics is approximated by an amplitude equation of the Ginzburg‐Landau equation (CGLE) with complex coefficients and an additional integral term based on a fluid model. In the present work we deal with irregular spatio‐temporal data. A comparison between the numerical analysis of the experimental data and simulation results are studied. A good agreement between the dynamical behaviour for experimental space‐time data and theoretical simulation space‐time results was obtained. (© 2006 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Epitaxial Ti0.97Co0.03O2:Sb0.01(TCO:Sb) films were deposited on R-Al2O3 (1 1 0 2) substrates at 500 °C in various deposition pressures by pulsed laser deposition. The solubility of cobalt within the films increases with decreasing deposition pressure at a deposition temperature of 500 °C. The TCO:Sb films deposited at 5×10−6 Torr exhibit a p-type anomalous Hall effect having a hole concentration of 6.1×1022/cm3 at 300 K. On the other hand, films deposited at 4×10−4 Torr exhibits an n-type anomalous Hall effect having an electron concentration of about 1.1×1021/cm3. p- or n-type DMS characteristics depends on the change of the structure of TCO:Sb films and the solubility of Co is possible by controlling the deposition pressure.  相似文献

Tungsten trioxide and titanium dioxide thin films were synthesised by pulsed laser deposition. We used for irradiations of oxide targets an UV KrF* (λ = 248 nm, τFWHM ≅ 20 ns, ν = 2 Hz) excimer laser source, at 2 J/cm2 incident fluence value. The experiments were performed in low oxygen pressure. The (0 0 1) SiO2 substrates were heated during the thin film deposition process at temperature values within the 300-500 °C range. The structure and crystalline status of the obtained oxide thin films were investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. Our analyses show that the films are composed by nanoparticles with average diameters from a few to a few tens of nm. Moreover, the films deposited at substrate temperatures higher than 300 °C are crystalline. The tungsten trioxide films consist of a mixture of triclinic and monoclinic phases, while the titanium dioxide films structure corresponds to the tetragonal anatase phase. The oxide films average transmittance in the visible-infrared spectral range is higher than 80%, which makes them suitable for sensor applications.  相似文献

本文根据空心阴极放电中电子能量分布的物理图象,分析了原子从低激态向高激态弛豫的可能途径。建立高低激态集居数密度增量的关系。讨论高激态集居数密度增量获得可观量的条件。根据此条件分别选取钠原子的基态3s~2S_(1/2)和铜原子的亚稳态4s~2D_(3/2)为与激光共振的下能级,并激发具有较大自发发射几率的3s~2S_(1/2)→3p~2P°_(1/2)(和3p~2P°_(3/2))和4s~2D_(3/2)→4p~2P°_(1/2)跃迁,在远离上能级的高激态上观测到敏化荧光,并精确测得这些态的自发发射系数比值,而在更高激态上没有观测到敏化荧光,表明讨论中提出的条件是合理的。  相似文献

Multielemental determination and the assessment of purity of cobalt metal used in the preparation of Ni-based super-alloys have been carried out by glow discharge quadrupole mass spectrometry (GD-QMS). Relative sensitivity factors (RSF) generated from certified iron matrix reference samples (NIST 663 and 664 low alloy steel pin standards) could be used for the determination of different trace element constituents of the sample. Different wet chemical procedures were also carried out for the determination of the trace constituents in the sample. The GD-QMS results are in reasonably good agreement with those obtained from wet chemical procedures, validating the use of the RSF values generated on low alloy steel standards for the computation of trace element concentrations in cobalt metal. A variety of molecular ions formed through the reaction of cobalt (matrix) with the discharge gas (argon) were also detected.  相似文献

Summary This paper reports the results of a study on the use of a new polymer-based, strong anion-exchange, stationary phase for rapid and selective separation of carbohydrates and related compounds by high-pH, anion-exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection. The new adsorbent has been obtained by direct nitration of 2.8 μm, spherical non-porous highly cross-linked, styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer beads, followed by reduction of superficially introduced nitro groups with nascent hydrogen and quaternization of the resultant amino groups with iodomethane. It is reported that by optimizing the ionic strength of the mobile phase, columns packed with the new anion-exchanger can be successfully employed to separate, either in isocratic or gradient elution mode, oligosaccharides, positional isomers of gluco-disaccharides, as well as uronic acids and sugar monophosphates.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of modeling studies on the formation and destruction of NO in pulsed barrier discharges in nitrogen and air. The goals of this work are to identify the major processes involved in the formation and destruction of NO in air discharges, to distinguish between oxidative and reductive paths for NO destruction, to explore the potential importance of excited state reactions, to evaluate the role of water in such systems, and to identify the final products in the absence of heterogeneous processes. In all cases, the systems were modeled with 100×10–4% (100 ppm) of added NO, with and without 3% added water. The focus in all of this work is chemistry in the post-pulse regime.  相似文献

火花激发原子发射光谱法应用于直径小于8mm的不锈钢线材的分析,对此类试样应用了一种特制的夹具,用块状标准样品制作工作曲线。由于线状试样和块状标准样品之间的形状差异所产生的系统不确定度借采用同类型标样作校正,对共存元素的相互干扰也采用了相应的校正方法。其它分析条件,包括严格的制样工序,氩气的纯度要求及其流量控制,以及光源的最佳条件等,作了深入的试验。按所提出的方法测定了不锈钢线材试样中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、铬、镍及钛等8个元素。经校正后的结果与化学法测得结果相符。  相似文献

Measurements of nitrogen atom density, by means of NO chemical titration, along with an evaluation of the densities of some excited species N 2 (B, v=11), N 2 (B, v=2), N 2 (C, v=0), and N 2 + (B,v=0), by means of a spectroscopic study of some bands of dinitrogen, are achieved along the flowing afterglow of a dinitrogen microwave plasma (2450 MHz) for several pressures. The concentrations obtained are in the following range: [N]10 +15 , [N 2 (B, 2)]10 +9 –10 +10 , [N 2 (B, 11)]10 +8 –10 +9 , [N 2 (C, 0)]10 +6 –10 +7 , [N 2 + (B,0)]10 +6 -10 +8 (cm-3). From a kinetic study of the formation and decay of excited and charged species, an estimation of N 2 (A, v), N 2 (X, v, and N 2 + (X) densities can be derived: [N 2 (A, v)]10 +12 , [N 2 (X, v6)]10 +15 –10 +16 , [N 2 (X, v12)]10 +14 –10 +15 , [N 2 + (X)]10 +10 (cm -3 ).  相似文献
